Delivery Terms

• Delivery within 15-70 days from the order date, depending on the products and order quantity
• Delivery by air or by sea
• Delivery under terms: FOB, CNF or CIF
• Delivery of samples by DHL, TNT, Fedex,…

Payment

• TTR with deposit and the remaining amount against copy of shipping documents
• TTR 70-100% in advance for delivery by air
• L/C at sight
• Others as agreed

Documents

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin issued by The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI)
• Certificate of Phytosanitary issued by The Plant Protection Department or as requested
• Certificate of Fumigation and Aeration
• Original Bill of Lading (or Airway Bill)
• Other documents as requested
